How do you register your hotel?
Get the app and sign in with your phone
A code on WhatsApp, no password. The same number becomes the hotel owner’s number.
From “Account” tap “Own a hotel?”
Seven steps in a quarter of an hour: details, the location on the map, documents, photos from the app’s camera, rooms and prices, the agreement, submit. Every step saves itself, so you can finish whenever you like.
We review within 3 days
The status shows at the top of the app. If a document is missing, we say exactly which.
Ahmed visits you
He calls to set a time and checks the hotel in person. That visit earns the “Visited in person” badge.
Your hotel is live for guests
On the website and in the app, with a USD 5 welcome credit to start.
Why register in the app, not on the website?
Photos are taken with the app’s camera and carry their location: that is what sets verified hotels apart from internet photos. The agreement is signed with your verified phone number. Guests book on the website and in the app alike; running the hotel is in the app.
How do you run your hotel once approved?
The app recognises your number and opens the hotel screens instead of the guest screens, one app with two faces:
Today
Who arrives and who leaves today. For every guest, “Arrived” and “No-show”, and the guest’s number to call.
Calendar
The price and the rooms for sale of each day, with quick changes for weekends and seasons.
Balance
The statement line by line, and top-ups with a photo of the receipt.

The money, plainly
- Guests pay you cash at the hotel. We take nothing from the guest.
- A fixed commission per stayed night: USD 1 when the night is under USD 30, USD 2 from 30 to 79, USD 5 from 80 up.
- It comes out of your balance only once the stay is confirmed. No commission for a no-show you report on time.
- You top up in advance from the app (USD 20 at least) through an exchange house or a transfer with the receipt photo, or cash with Ahmed. When the balance runs out, the hotel is hidden from search until you top up; existing bookings still stand.
