Terms of use

Version ⁦2026-10-v1⁩ · in force from 20 October

These terms are between you and Fnadeq, a hotel-booking platform in Yemen operated by the Yemeni operating entity. By creating an account or booking you accept them.

1. What Fnadeq does

Fnadeq lists hotels whose documents we checked, takes your booking and payment, then sends the booking to the hotel. The stay and the service at the hotel are the hotel's.

For each hotel we say what we checked and when; we claim no quality we did not check.

SMARTLOOP developed the website and the app, and publishes the app on Google Play and the App Store on Fnadeq's behalf as developer and technical publisher, so its name may appear in the store. The party that provides the service to you, contracts with you and receives your money is the Yemeni operating entity.

2. Your account

You need an account with a valid e-mail you own. A guest account is separate from a hotel owner's account.

You are responsible for your password and for bookings made from your account. Do not share it.

Accounts are for people aged 18 or over.

3. Booking and price

You choose the hotel, room, dates and guests. You may book for yourself or for someone else, writing their name as on their ID and their number.

The price shown is the stay's total in Yemeni rials at the approved exchange rate of the booking day; it is fixed on your booking.

Guests pay no booking fee; the hotel pays Fnadeq's commission. Paid breakfast, when a room says so, is paid at the hotel.

4. Payment

You pay by an exchanger transfer to Fnadeq's approved account, shown only inside your booking page. Write the booking code in the transfer note, then upload the receipt photo and the transfer number from the booking page.

The transfer window is usually 12 hours and never past your arrival. We check transfers from 9 am to 11 pm Aden time, so we do not take a same-night booking we cannot check before you arrive.

If the window ends before you upload a receipt, the booking ends and you owe nothing. If we reject a receipt we tell you why and give you a new window.

Once the money is confirmed we send your booking to the hotel, and you get the confirmation, the booking code and the hotel's number.

5. On arrival

Give reception your booking code and show your ID. The hotel applies the front-desk rules on its page (such as ID, and a marriage certificate for couples); read them before booking.

Check-in and check-out times are on the hotel page and your booking.

6. Cancellation and refunds

See the cancellation and refund policy. Each booking shows its free-cancellation deadline.

7. Reviews

Only guests who confirmed their stay can review, once per stay. Your name is not shown with the review, and the hotel may reply publicly.

Write what happened, with no insults and nobody's personal data. We hide what breaks this.

8. Acceptable use

Do not book a stay you do not intend to make, and do not use the platform for fraud or abuse.

We may limit an account with repeated no-shows or fake bookings, and a hotel may block a guest who misbehaved in a past stay.

9. Responsibility

The hotel is responsible for the stay, the room and the service. Fnadeq is responsible for the booking and the money it received from you.

If you arrive with a confirmed booking and the hotel has no room for you or refuses you for a reason not in its rules, we refund you in full and help you find another hotel.

10. Safety promise

We will never ask you to transfer to a name or account other than the one inside your booking page, and never ask for your password or a sign-in code by phone or message.

If anyone, even in the hotel's or Fnadeq's name, asks you to transfer to another account, do not, and message our WhatsApp support.

11. The app in the stores

If you download the app from Google Play or the App Store, the store’s terms also apply to the download. Google and Apple are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the service or its support.

12. Contact and disputes

Message the WhatsApp support shown at the foot of every page, or support@fnadeq.com.

If something went wrong with your stay, tell us within 7 days of your arrival date; we review it with the hotel.

These terms are governed by Yemeni law.

13. Changes

If we change these terms we publish a new version with a new number. Each booking keeps the version you accepted when you booked.
