How we rank hotels in search results
Every hotel is ranked by the same rules. No hotel can pay to appear higher.
The order
- Field-verified hotels first: our team visited them and checked that they exist and match their photos.
- Then those available for your dates, guests and rooms, before the unavailable ones.
- Then the lowest price for the whole stay, for the cheapest room that fits you.
- On a tie: the hotel name, alphabetically.
What does not change the order
- The commission: fixed per night, with the same tiers for every hotel.
- Paying to appear: there is no paid ranking and no ads among the results.
- The hotel’s balance with us or what it is owed.
- The rating: it shows on the card after 3 reviews from guests who really stayed, and does not change the order today.
Who appears, and at what price
Only approved hotels that are on show appear. A suspended hotel does not appear until it is back.
The price in Yemeni rials is approximate, at the approved exchange rate of the hotel’s area. The total you pay is calculated by the platform when you book and shown before you confirm.
If we change these rules, we write it here.
